Favorite client story:
I love all my clients, but I’m probably most proud of helping Sila build and grow a community and event series for early-stage Fintech founders. We started with one free happy hour and panel-style event about how blockchain was powering Fintech innovation and within a few years built a community of 4500+ members and 3 conferences with 200+ attendees.
Hidden talent:
I’m such a book nerd that I can recommend the perfect book (especially non-fiction) for nearly any person and any challenge they’re facing.
What I do for fun:
I love working on my very amateur photography skills, traveling to new places, reading a ton, eating fabulous food, and snuggling with my German wirehair pointer.
Important life lesson:
Taking responsibility for your life – all the good, bad, ugly, and beautiful – is the most liberating and empowering decision you can make.

Slow down to speed up. Quiet the noise, get focused on what really matters and take small steps every day. You’ll build momentum and progress faster than you think.

Kasey is a nickname. I’m actually Katherine Cody III – named after my mother and great grandmother, which is rare on the maternal side.

- Movie: Too many to list, but some favorites: The Martian, Birdman, Drive, American Beauty, Pulp Fiction
- Food: Anything that surprises and delights
- Music/band/song: Too many, but getting a lot of lately: Doja Cat, Kacey Musgraves, Harry Styles, Pink Floyd and Johnny Cash.

I’m a mentor for multiple startup accelerators, advisor for 2 early-stage startups, and give public talks and workshops for founders, sales professionals, and marketers all the time.
