Virtual, Inc. Extends Client Services with New Staff at Senior, Professional and Administrative Levels

WAKEFIELD, Mass. – Dec. 10, 2012 – Virtual, Inc. (, a technology-focused association management company, has added four new employees who will focus on delivering services to clients, reflecting the firm’s continuing growth and success in its sector and strengthening its expertise. Virtual was recognized last month as one of the “Top Places to Work 2012” by The Boston Globe.

Joining Virtual’s senior team is Peggy Connolly as Vice President, Client Services. Connolly will provide leadership to Virtual client services teams, ensuring that clients’ objectives are successfully reached, and she will also work directly with clients to develop plans, budgets and strategies. As part of Virtual’s management team, she will assist in formulating and administering company policies and developing long-range goals and objectives. Before joining Virtual, she held leadership positions at the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, serving most recently as Managing Director. Previously, she worked at Oxfam America, and before that, she directed communications for various national political campaigns after beginning her career as a newspaper reporter.

New professional and administrative staff members are:

  • Aimee Cary, Program Manager – Cary will manage day-to-day client services operations for several of Virtual’s small/mid-size industry associations, focusing on client support and program management, while also providing assistance to members and coordinating communications efforts. Before Virtual, Cary worked at Target Direct Marketing in Gloucester, Mass., where her responsibilities comprised a full range of client service activities, including market research and budget management.
  • Amy Hubbard, Events Specialist – Hubbard’s role encompasses the planning and coordination of event logistics at all levels across the Virtual client base. She comes to Virtual from a successful tenure as Account Executive at Conventures, Inc., where she managed pre-event planning and marketing, and handled all onsite logistics and staffing oversight for dozens of high-profile non-profit events.
  • Patti Morin, Program Coordinator – Morin’s responsibilities include supporting Virtual’s client services teams, focusing on member support and assisting with programs for a variety of associations. Her prior experience includes internships at Celebrity Marketing Inc. (CMI) and Emergency Architects Australia (EAA).
