Hi, my name’s Andy Freed. I'm the CEO of Virtual Incorporated and I'm here to talk to you about three numbers: 5, 6, and 25.

Five is Five minutes with Andy: I think there's a lot of things you can get and a lot you can learn about leadership and a lot you can learn about an organization in only five minutes. And that's what this podcast is going to be about. How we can learn about leadership and how we can all become better leaders and communicators in only five minutes.

Six is… Six years ago, we started doing these podcasts. But the reality is life happened, COVID happened, and you know what? We stopped doing these for awhile, but it's time to start again.

And 25, well, surprising it is to me, 25 is how many years’ experience I've got in working with organizations of all different sizes and helping them with their strategy, operations, and execution. This is what we do at Virtual every day. It's what we do to help organizations make their mark on the world.
