What I do at Virtual:
Oversee our professional societies practice. Our team strive each day to drive success and deliver service excellence. I strive to match our clients needs with the strengths of our team members.
Years of experience:
19 and counting.
Past Employment:
GaiaTech and Hall of Fame Fitness Center
Education:
Malone University, Canton Ohio
Favorite client innovation:
Creating a very detailed ROI scorecard for a client’s corporate membership that over the years has become a critical tool for growth and retention. What started as a simple way to track engagement has turned into much more.
Hidden talent:
My college coach said any good tennis player can juggle, so I learned the basics.
What I do for fun:
Tennis, Golf, Camping, Carcassonne.
I can’t live without:
My husband, family, friends and adventures with my six-year-old niece, as she grows, they are only going to get bigger and better. Throw in peanut butter, bread and cheese!
Important life lesson:
Slow down and focus. We really are not built to multi-task and deliver excellence at the same time.
Key to success:
As Tom Peters would say: Excellence is the next five minutes. Every conversation, email, phone call, social media interaction, board meeting, team meeting is a chance to be excellent. Use those five minutes or more to be excellent, to drive excellence and inspire those around you.
Community Involvement:
I’ve always been involved heavily in our church and its outreach programs whether those are our local community or abroad. My church is an extension of my family that I support through serving dinners, creating a great worship experience through visuals or working with our youth programs.
Favorite Movie, Book, Food, Music:
I love biographies, documentaries and behind the scenes of how things tick.
