At a time when so much of the nation is divided, there is one thing we can all agree upon: Everyone is ready to get 2020 over with.

As we move toward the dawn of 2021, it’s time to start thinking about planning for your group’s next year of operations. Given the uncertainties facing every organization, this webinar will provide some guidance for key elements to consider as you engage in 2021 planning.

Topics covered will include:

  • The latest forecasts for the return to business travel and face-to-face gatherings
  • How online meetings will likely continue to evolve
  • Challenges – and opportunities — created by changes in the workforce
  • Embracing an agile planning and budgeting posture.

This webinar is designed for leaders of standards bodies, consortia, and associations who will be involved in annual planning, budgeting, goal setting, etc. This includes Board Members, Executive Directors, and senior staff.

Our speakers for this webinar will be Virtual CEO Andy Freed, a trusted advisor to membership-based organizations for over 25 years, and Jennifer Tombaugh, President of Tauck, a renowned expert on trends impacting travel worldwide.
