For instance, the Society for the Study of Reproduction is participating in a research project with SpaceX, studying the effects of microgravity on reproductive health during a Falcon 9 flight to the International Space Station. Members of the American Brachytherapy Society are focusing on the use of advanced personalized techniques in interventional radiation oncology to make a difference in the fight against cancer.

A special salute to our professional society clients, advocating for their members in diverse areas like insurance compliance, investment sales management, noise control engineering, shotcrete construction, sports law, and more. They continue to deliver value by providing critical resources and career opportunities to help their members succeed. In 2023 alone, Virtual has planned and executed more than 80 conferences and member meetings for education, networking, and to facilitate collaboration on standards, strategies, and best practices.

At a United Nations meeting on financially inclusive payments, Mojaloop received recognition from Bill Gates for its open-source software that brings affordable, connected digital financial services to anyone with access to a mobile phone. AOMedia’s AV1 Hardware decoder is transforming how we experience video on our mobile devices, streaming higher-quality video and media using less data. Powered by technology supported by the HAPS Alliance, unmanned aircraft or balloons in the stratosphere are playing a crucial role in early wildfire detection and methane emissions, safeguarding millions of people. These are just a few examples of the impact our clients’ advancements are making on everyday lives.
